Questions
What can I send?
Clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and other shopping you bought in Seoul. We can’t carry food, liquids, batteries, cash, valuables or anything dangerous or prohibited by the carrier or the destination country.
How big can it be?
Typical shopping bags are fine. Tell us what you leave (for example 1 coat and 2 pairs of shoes) and we estimate the parcel. Very large or heavy items may need a quote from our staff before we ship.
When do you pick up my bags?
Leave them at the store on the drop-off date you choose. For same-day hotel delivery, drop them off and book before 17:00. We collect them from the store and you can follow the status on your order page.
What about customs and import duty?
Parcels shipped abroad go through customs in the destination country. Any import duty or tax is charged there and paid by the recipient. We declare parcels as unaccompanied baggage with their contents; whether duty applies is decided by the destination’s customs.
How do I pay?
By card online, or in cash at the partner store when you drop off your bags if the store accepts cash. Fees are in Korean won; we show an approximate amount in your currency. Customers from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan pay at the partner store.
